We are excited that you decided to take your first step towards ‘Fighting Back’!   “Fighting back” means we are fighting against anything that has stopped or prevented you from accomplishing your health and fitness goals in the past. (Excuses, Family, Time, Relationships, Self, WHATEVER…) This program takes our bodies back to basics, creating the formula for proper form by utilizing a mix of key movements and reinforcing the importance of proper breathing. 

M.A.F LIFESTYLE was created to Educate, Motivate and Inspire.  

A “Take it back to Basics” concept. With a step-by-step guide to building a healthy foundation, rejuvenate your focus and enhance your overall well-being. Keeping you involved and holding you accountable are the benefits to our program.  The Benefits... A new Successful Lifestyle!   

We benefit ALL Fitness levels... Weather you’ve never worked out in your life, or you were very active growing up and have lost focus; or maybe you’re still very active on a regular bases.... MAF Lifestyle is for YOU!! 

We Offer 3 Great Options for Every Fitness Level: 

Our Beginners Lifestyle (The foundation)  - Functional Training actives your muscles to work together and prepares them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability.

Next is our Intermediate Lifestyle (Rejuvenate) - A variety of exercises still indulging in Functional and Resistance training, including aerobic exercise to improve your heart and lung fitness, flexibility and balance.  Other Benefits Are:  Improved bone and joint function, enhanced muscle structure, and tendon & ligament strength.

Last, but not Least is MAF Lifestyle Advanced (Maintain) - An array of movements combining functional, resistance to weight and cardiovascular exercise. This final program never allows your body to hit a plateau, which refers to a period of time in which your body no longer responds to your fitness or food guide routine. Taking your body to level where it deserves to be!



Mike  confessed that he never really liked working out before partnering with MAF Lifestyle, because it was extremely difficult to get him motivated.  However, after working with Vernard, he has a very different attitude toward exercising. Now, he can't get enough!
